Edwin Wine Bar & Cellar

Located on the Ground Floor of Shadow Play by Peppers, Edwin Wine Bar and Cellar is the only venue in the world to offer guests the opportunity to drink from its exclusively Victorian focused wine list. Celebrating the diversity of our great Australian state, Edwin's wine list celebrates the diversity of region, style and approach to wine making in Victoria, taking it one step further to highlight the significant impact women in the local wine industry have, with an almost 50/50 balance of male and female winemakers represented on the wine list.

The beverage list itself has been curated by world-renown Sommelier Dan Sims and is overseen and managed by Sommelier Yu Kurosawa, along with their team bring to life the stories behind the wine.

The food offering at Edwin is contemporary Australian, with a focus on local producers. The dishes range from snacks to sharing plates to main meals, with breakfast and lunch service also available.
